Right of withdrawal

When purchasing online, the consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or that otherwise have a clear personal touch, such as custom-made window film.

Responsibility

Own responsibility means that you as the Buyer have ensured that the window film you purchase is suitable for the glass on which it is to be installed. Any damage to glass or property that may occur due to incorrect installation is not compensated by the Seller but is the Buyer's responsibility.
