Complaint

All complaints must be submitted within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product.
Complaints must be made in writing and supported by photos and the order number.
If a product has transport damage, a manufacturing defect or a production fault, we will replace it with a new product free of charge.
Any costs related to installation/removal of furnishings or other expenses related to a complaint will not be reimbursed.

Right of Withdrawal

Custom-cut film is a made-to-order product manufactured according to your specifications, meaning it is produced upon request with specific features (type, tint level, dimensions, etc.) as you have ordered. Therefore, the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act does not apply.

The film is sold without the right of withdrawal, meaning that you cannot cancel your purchase and receive a refund. This also applies in cases of incorrect orders.

Right of Return

The right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act does not apply to custom-cut film. For other products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with our current Purchase Terms.
