SHORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Orders become binding after 24 hours.
  2. Prices include VAT. No payment fees are charged.
  3. Goods are normally shipped within 1–3 working days. Shipping costs apply.
  4. Right of withdrawal does NOT apply to custom-cut film.
  5. Unclaimed shipments may be returned for a fee. Otherwise, the shipment is forfeited without refund.
  6. Complaints or warranty claims must be made in writing via email within 3 months.
  7. We are never responsible for improper or illegal use of the products.

Orders
All orders and order changes must be made in writing via email. An order or change becomes binding 24h after you receive written confirmation from us via email. You must be 18 years or older to place an order with us.

Payment
No payment fees are charged regardless of payment method. Additional costs may be charged by third parties depending on your chosen payment method, e.g. for instalments. Current payment methods and terms are shown at checkout.

All prices are in SEK and include VAT.

Delivery
All orders are made to order and normally shipped within 1–3 business days from the day after the order is received. During peak season (April–July), delivery times may be slightly longer. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. You will receive an email notification upon dispatch and an SMS upon arrival (no SMS for business deliveries).

Shipping costs apply. The current shipping cost is displayed at checkout and approved before purchase.

Unclaimed packages or packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us are forfeited and fully charged to the buyer—no refund of product or fees. Re-delivery is possible within 4 weeks from our receipt of the return for a fee of 350 SEK. After that, the product is destroyed and a new order must be placed.

Name or address changes after dispatch incur a 350 SEK fee (carrier charge).

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59), the consumer has the right to withdraw. If the contract involves goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may be excluded by agreement. 

By accepting these terms, you agree that the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to custom-fit window film.

For all other products, the general rule applies: you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract by returning the goods within 14 days from the day you received them.

Returns – Other Products
If you regret your purchase of a product (not film), you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us within this period to notify us of your return. Return shipping and any applicable fees are not refundable. Returns must be arranged and paid by the customer unless we have made a delivery error, in which case we will cover the return shipping. All returns must be pre-authorised via email. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Complaints
All warranty claims must be made in writing via email within 3 months of receiving the goods. Proof of purchase is required. If a claim cannot be validated with photos or otherwise shown to be faulty, the product must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Costs for installation/removal or other related costs are not compensated in complaint cases. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping.

Disputes
If we are unable to resolve a dispute, we recommend contacting your local consumer adviser. Residents in another EU country can submit a complaint online via the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We follow recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Agency, the Consumer Sales Act, the Distance Selling Act, and e-commerce industry standards. Note the exception regarding the Right of Withdrawal. Disputes concerning interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted online. The changed terms are considered accepted upon ordering or visiting the website.

We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control such as labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, etc.

We urge all users to comply with local laws and regulations regarding the use of our products. The company accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage/loss resulting from improper or illegal use of our products.
